We sold a house with Lane and Tracy almost a decade ago, and now in moving back to the area, we knew immediately we would buy with them as well. They helped us navigate a couple of contracts falling through due to seller/house issues and then our eventual home purchase, negotiating repairs, and seeing it through to closing. Lane is so knowledgeable about all aspects of the process and the south Charlotte market, and a great negotiator. We were always confident he was going to bat for us.

Trust the Process... we all know buying and selling a home is a daunting task and we were fortunate to have the support and guidance of a fantastic realtor in Samantha Berg. Samantha is the definition of "Hustle". She went above and beyond to represent us at every step in the process, she listened to our needs, and gave us solid advice all along the way. Her recommendations for mortgage services, insurance, inspection and many other things were spot on, saving us time, money and aggravation. In selling our house, she had a great vision for our home and how to show its best features to prospective buyers. We highly recommend the staging service, it worked out very well for us, with our house having a very solid offer, sight unseen, before the listing was officially active. During the buying process, we warned Samantha that we were very picky. Samantha noted the things we were looking for, demonstrated her knowledge of the market and showed us several great homes. She answered all of our questions and was patient with us as we worked out what the best option was. As the process moved forward, there were a few problems/crises, and Samantha was up to the task every single time. When we were stressed about issues or the process, Samantha would tell us to "Trust the Process" and she would hustle to get every problem fixed and every question answered. There was one potentially huge problem with our purchase (undisclosed tax lien) that could have taken weeks, even months to fix. Samantha called all the required parties, went back and forth with people for hours, and had the issue fixed in one day! She called that evening and told us about the issue, and that it was already taken care of, saving us a ton of worry and stress. We are extremely thankful for her hard work and dedication... we trusted Samantha Berg, we Trusted the Process, and now we have a great home for our family! Thank you Sam!!!

It’s no coincidence that the word “great” is an anagram of Greta. She was an absolute joy to work with and always went well above and beyond my expectations for a realtor. Being a first home buyer, I was completely clueless of the process. Greta showed the utmost patience and was always compassionate and helpful in assisting with my lack of knowledge. She insisted that the home we finally chose checked off all the “must haves” and would not settle for anything less. Greta even got to know my family, sending them birthday texts and well wishes – that means a lot. I am so happy she picked up the phone when I called the Allen Tate Concord office that day. This is my second home bought with Doug. He always goes above and beyond to make the process smooth and easy. He truly advocates for us as buyers, calling the sellers agent with any concerns, coordinating with the insurance agents and builders, among more. I truly feel like he has our back and everything gets done very efficiently with him. Beyond that, he is super accessible. I text him to see if he has a few minutes to chat and really no matter when, he gives me an instant call back and answers my questions. We will be continuing to work with Doug for any future house purchases or even sales! You can’t go wrong with him and you’ll really feel like you have someone very reliable on your side to help you pick and buy the right house, and deliver on everything required to close.
