We were so impressed that we did not even bother to interview any other real estate agents. She was very professional, knowledgeable and honest. She laid out and effectively explained all options that Mark Spain offered. We opted for the traditional sale. Within 2 days of the listing we had more hits than we anticipated. There was one potentially huge problem with our purchase (undisclosed tax lien) that could have taken weeks, even months to fix. Samantha called all the required parties, went back and forth with people for hours, and had the issue fixed in one day! She called that evening and told us about the issue, and that it was already taken care of, saving us a ton of worry and stress. We are extremely thankful for her hard work and dedication... we trusted Samantha Berg, we Trusted the Process, and now we have a great home for our family! Thank you Sam!!!
