Selling a home is stressful regardless, so you can imagine how stressful it was trying to sell our home while moving 8 hours away! But Maya and the team made everything seamless and smooth. Let me start out that my son loved Ms. Maya! They made a video of him showing the house and it was the biggest thrill to talk about what he loved about his house! The selling process started with a very clear plan on how to position our house in the market. Communication was very important and Maya was available early in the morning, late at night, on her vacation, pretty much whenever a question or concern popped up. Throughout the entire selling process Maya kept communicated how things were going and what to expect. We always felt there was a plan to get our house sold. After the house was sold was when the team really shined! Being 8 hours away Maya helped check on the house, helped us close and resolve all the concerns from the inspection, and ensured with the winter weather that our home was protected. For the closing, the communication was fantastic! Gina and the team walked us through the paperwork and what was needed from us to be sure everything was ready on time. It’s just incredibly reassuring to know the people you are working with have your best interest in mind and care as much about the process being stress free as you do. This is the second home that Maya has helped us sell and if there was ever a third home in NC we would call Maya and the team in a heartbeat!

Linda Trevor & Co. did a fabulous job selling my stepmother's house. The home was beautifully staged and had an offer within days of going on the market. As part of the estate, there were four separate "sellers" of this house in three different states. Linda & Co. did a wonderful job communicating, keeping us all informed and handling all of the documentation that required signatures from multiples parties across the country. They worked well with the lawyers for both the buyers and the sellers, assisted with local repairs that were needed and answered all of our questions. Their responsiveness and attention to detail ensured that all the paperwork was completed on time and the home sale proceeded quickly and without any issues.
