Before settling down in Raleigh, NC, I lived in Boston and Florida. Prior to my career in real estate, I taught elementary-age children, worked in the restaurant industry (where I met my wonderful husband), and realized my passion for people. Best home buying experience for relocating out of state
Maya was great to meet with. When she passed us along to Susie it was nothing but great as well. The constant communication before we saw any houses to when we came in town and set a record on the number of houses we saw in two days. I would recommend anyone looking to relocate to the area to use them.

Smooth and comprehensive experience
We met with several realtors before listing our home and Maya was the obvious choice from the beginning. Throughout the process she continued to meet and exceed our expectations from listing to closing. I feel like Maya listened to our needs and concerns and explained things in a common sense way so we always felt aligned as a team. She is very responsive and reassuring and thinks of everything. As soon as there was something to communicate, she notified us immediately. Moving is stressful in general, but Maya and her team are so on top of it, that it felt as easy as it could be. THE best!!
Maya always goes above and beyond! Buying a home is stressful regardless, so you can imagine how stressful it was trying to buy a home while not having access to my phone while at work! But Maya and the team made everything seamless and smooth. Maya is always on the hunt for homes for me, stays within my budget, shows me terrible homes I insist on seeing (even if she knows I’ll hate it but won’t say anything to try to dissuade me!), takes and sends pics of homes or things for me, and helps me get repairs done prior to move in. She always talks through strategy when purchasing and helps get the best deal possible! For the closing, the communication was fantastic! Gina and Maya and the team walked us through the paperwork and what was needed from me to be sure everything was ready on time and there was some issues with getting the sellers documents but I didn’t even know because they handled it all. It’s just incredibly reassuring to know the people you are working with have your best interest in mind and care as much about the process being stress free as you do. This is the second home buying that Maya has helped me buy and I will always use her for buying and selling!
