Let me start out that my son loved Ms. Maya! They made a video of him showing the house and it was the biggest thrill to talk about what he loved about his house! Communication was very important and Maya was available early in the morning, late at night, on her vacation, pretty much whenever a question or concern popped up. Throughout the entire selling process Maya kept communicated how things were going and what to expect. We always felt there was a plan to get our house sold. After the house was sold was when the team really shined! Being 8 hours away Maya helped check on the house, helped us close and resolve all the concerns from the inspection, and ensured with the winter weather that our home was protected. For the closing, the communication was fantastic! Gina and the team walked us through the paperwork and what was needed from us to be sure everything was ready on time. It’s just incredibly reassuring to know the people you are working with have your best interest in mind and care as much about the process being stress free as you do.
