Just as important, Steve is connected with competent home improvement contractors and local government officials which was crucial in the sale of our home. There were some issues with an easement encroachment which we were unaware. Steve resolved it quickly due to his contacts with the town of Cary officials. He also organized the home improvements required to sell the house. The contractors were competent and polite. The work was done professionally, on time and at a reasonable price. Steve is the total package and we highly recommend him.
