We were selling our home in a changing market. Kenisha not only understood the market, but she understood our needs. Kenisha worked diligently to get our home sold as soon as possible. Kenisha was able to develop creative ideas from the feedback she received from agents and people visiting our home to further enhance the appeal of our home. Overall Kenisha was professional and personable. She always responded to us promptly, answering all of our questions. Kenisha was compassionate, patient and took her time in ensuring we understood all parts of the process. She went above and beyond her role as our agent. She made a time that can be extremely stressful bearable. I would highly recommend Kenisha for your home selling or buying needs. From the first time Teresa Renfroe from Mark Spain Realty came into our living room to give us information on how to market our property for sale we were very impressed. We were so impressed that we did not even bother to interview any other real estate agents. She was very professional, knowledgeable and honest. She laid out and effectively explained all options that Mark Spain offered. We opted for the traditional sale. Within 2 days of the listing we had more hits than we anticipated. Ms. Renfroe was on top of all appointments and worked tirelessly to make our very swift offer a reality. If she could not take phone calls she would make sure that she returned them even when we least expected. Within 30 days, from the inception of the offer we closed on our property.

Adrienne helped us find our very first home. We were fairly picky customers and it took us about 10 months to find our house, but Adrienne was patient throughout the process. We always felt like she was in our corner, looking out for our best interests. When we got discouraged because we weren't finding exactly what we wanted and ready to settle, she made sure we stayed the course and held out for what we really wanted. As an investor who does not reside in RTP, you are looking for a real estate partner who can serve as your eyes and ears on the ground. You would also hope for that person to be prompt, diligent, focused, and dedicated. Brandon, I'm happy to say, possesses all of these traits. Additionally, he has a high level of empathy, which is a quality I did not initially value in a real estate partner but now value highly.
