This is my first home. So you can imagine my nerves during this process. Yet, Kristina kept us calm, informed, and educated about the process from beginning to end. She got us into the house we wanted along with the deal we wanted. We could not have done it without. This is a great house thanks to the Lennar builders. So I don't see myself moving from here. If you need a realtor who knows her stuff inside/ out; frontward/ backwards, is a great communicator and advocate, fun, confident, sweet and all other positive descriptors, then pleeeease look no further!! This is my second time working with Kristina, and I would choose her again and again. I don't plan on selling or buying anymore (lol), but I know if I ever need anything related to real estate, she would be a phone call away. She makes herself available for her clients day and night and is always happy to assist. She never makes you feel like a number, but treats you like family. My confident lies in her and I trust her wholeheartedly. Buying a house is super scary, but she made sure I understood everything that was going on and didn't mind explaining it more than once if I needed her to.
