Throughout the entire process, she was transparent, hardworking, and extremely dedicated. My house sold in just 5 days with multiple offers, plus sold price is forty thousands above the list price. I truly believe Jodi is exceptional at what she does, and I would highly recommend her to anyone selling a home in Chapel Hill.
