From the first time Teresa Renfroe from Mark Spain Realty came into our living room to give us information on how to market our property for sale we were very impressed. We were so impressed that we did not even bother to interview any other real estate agents. She was very professional, knowledgeable and honest. She laid out and effectively explained all options that Mark Spain offered. We opted for the traditional sale. Within 2 days of the listing we had more hits than we anticipated. Ms. Renfroe was on top of all appointments and worked tirelessly to make our very swift offer a reality. If she could not take phone calls she would make sure that she returned them even when we least expected. Within 30 days, from the inception of the offer we closed on our property.

We moved from Illinois earlier this year, and I cannot recommend Justin enough. His knowledge of the area, responsiveness and guidance through the process were exceptional. In a crazy market, we were able to go under contract within a few weeks of looking, and he was able to negotiate items for the seller to cover, which was totally unexpected- I have no idea how he did it. This is my first home. So you can imagine my nerves during this process. Yet, Kristina kept us calm, informed, and educated about the process from beginning to end. She got us into the house we wanted along with the deal we wanted. We could not have done it without. This is a great house thanks to the Lennar builders. So I don't see myself moving from here.
