Working with Heather and her team has been the best experience I have ever had with selling my home. I would highly recommend Larose Realty Group to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home, whether you know exactly what you are looking for or are not. Heather is very responsive to any questions, and follows up on time with what you need. Very in-depth explanations on facts, and sound responses with reasoning if asked her opinion on the flow of the market. Her contractors used were reasonably priced and worked with us in timeframe and payment methods. Heather was quick to hold sub standard work accountable to the workers too. From start to finish with ups and downs in the market and timeline I had hoped for, it was never something I had to worry if I was missing anything. That was very important during the sell of my house that Heather and her team knocked out of the park. Highly recommend and will use again when I am ready to purchase!

Brad was not someone we knew but he was available to show us a property we were interested in and after meeting him we knew he would be someone we could count on to help us with our decision to make an offer to purchase. Brad was helpful, responsive and knowledgeable and was not pushy which was something we value in a realtor. There was a small glitch at closing and he stayed with us until all was settled. Sharon was recommended to us by a friend and we're so happy she was! She has extensive knowledge of the whole process and was incredibly helpful in the purchase of our new home and sale of our old home. She worked with us to get to showings quickly, and was ready with insight and input on many of the homes we saw. Once we found our new home she connected us with a wonderful inspector and walked us through everything. On the sale of our old home, she gave us great input on staging and fielding showings and offers.

Adrienne helped us find our very first home. We were fairly picky customers and it took us about 10 months to find our house, but Adrienne was patient throughout the process. When we got discouraged because we weren't finding exactly what we wanted and ready to settle, she made sure we stayed the course and held out for what we really wanted. Thank goodness she didn't let us settle because we found exactly what we wanted and couldn't be happier!! Adrienne was so personable, knowledgeable and helpful throughout everything. Being first time buyers we had tons of questions and concerns, but Adrienne was more then able to answer those questions and calm any concerns we had. I am very happy with the people she recommended during our closing, such as home and termite inspection, real estate lawyers, etc. We closed on time and had no issues.
