This is my first home. So you can imagine my nerves during this process. Yet, Kristina kept us calm, informed, and educated about the process from beginning to end. She got us into the house we wanted along with the deal we wanted. We could not have done it without. This is a great house thanks to the Lennar builders. So I don't see myself moving from here. But if I had to do it all again, I wouldn't do it without Kristina. She is highly recommended! Much love and success to you Kristina!!

Bonnie helped my fiancé and I buy a home in NC while we were living out of state. I am very happy with the people she recommended during our closing, such as home and termite inspection, real estate lawyers, etc. We closed on time and had no issues.
