About Silver

Silver, a Native of the beautiful state of North Carolina. A Veteran of the United States Air Force. A young thriving Real Estate Agent who uses “Creative Solutions” to serve the needs of every client. She is an exceedingly ambitious Agent, whose love and passion goes beyond Real Estate. Silver’s compassion for helping people also aids as the foundation to always providing excellence not only in Real Estate but also seen in her Dumpster Rental Business. What many people thought would be the worst decision ever; and after nearly a year left to complete her Doctorate Degree, Silver decided to step away from school to rediscover the person she was truly meant to be. Silver became a REALTOR®. It was not until an unfortunate moment when the inspiring agent was homebound due to a couple of surgeries that was truly the moment of realization. A little voice whispered, “you can either make excuses while you are down, or you can make something happen.” That was the pivotal point in her life when she utterly understood her passion was her gift to serve others all along. Silver’s is no stranger to Servant Leadership. Serving years in the United States Air Force and coaching the youth also allowed her to truly recognize what it really meant to place the needs of others before her own. Silver’s sincerest passion to help others is unmistakably a gift that is shown throughout her leadership and the work she performs every day. About Sharon

I have lived in the Raleigh area for 28 years. I love Real Estate, simple as that. Working in the automotive and insurance industries for many years, I learned that I loved helping clients meet their needs. Instilling the same principals into Real Estate made perfect sense. By working with clients to help them obtain their real estate goals, I have honed my excellent negotiation skills and effective communication as the benchmark of my success. I am organized, patient, and my client’s strongest advocate. My top priority is to provide an incomparable level of service regarding each transaction, from contract to closing. I am committed to the success of my clients. A little information about me, I lived in Upstate NY for most of my life, after college in PA I decided to move to NC. Best decision I ever made. I met my wonderful husband here and we have built an amazing life together. We love our American Akita more than anything, traveling, and taking rides in our 1967 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible Stingray. I am an "Ambassador" with the National MS Society. I speak at functions to help others learn about this disease and I help raise money to someday find a cure for Multiple Sclerosis. I was diagnosed with MS in 2003 and through multiple treatments, and continued care, I have been able to enjoy life to the fullest. I love meeting new people and learning their stories and I look forward to working with each and every one of you in the future.

Goes the extra mile

Silver is the greatest! She knows A LOT about real estate. Guided us through such a difficult situation. Always kept us positive and never gave up. Very hard working, super knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. She is simply the best! She's more than a realtor now, she's a friend for life.

Excellent service with a new found friendship!

Sharon was SO incredibly helpful and available throughout our entire listing process from listing to SOLD! From the first meeting she made us feel like friends and was very down to earth and helpful. Awesome Agent!!

We cannot say enough great things about Sharon during our search to find a home in the Raleigh area which started before our move from Virginia and continued while we were temporary apartment dwellers.
