Peyton demonstrates strong market knowledge master negotiator

I was referred to Tracey by a friend, I contacted her about 6 months out from my expected move date, she immediately developed a timeline for viewing, prepping, posting and selling my home. Fast forward, Tracey came to see my home, had it photographed and on the market in 3 days. I even admit that sometimes I thought I knew the way to sell homes and I would float my ideas with her and she’d gracefully remind me that she’s been selling homes for a long time, so I trusted her and my home was under contract in 9 days! Tracey negotiated exactly what I wanted from the sell. She stay in constant communication throughout the entire process, and asked all the right questions, such as “is this home sell required to get your new home loan?” Something I hadn’t thought about. Trust Tracey to not only sell your home, but also just to take care of you. I could not be more pleased with my experience with her as my realtor. Trust Tracey!!!

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Lisa for two real estate transactions - both as a buyer and as a seller. I can’t recommend her highly enough! Extremely easy to work with, she takes care of everything with competence and attention to detail. Always available by phone or text to answer any questions, and she has great relationships with other realtors in the area. She’s straight forward and honest with her clients and provides transparency without getting too technical with the legalese of realty. Outstanding market knowledge! Would definitely contact her again if we ever plan to buy anywhere in the area.
