I was referred to Tracey by a friend, I contacted her about 6 months out from my expected move date, she immediately developed a timeline for viewing, prepping, posting and selling my home. Fast forward, Tracey came to see my home, had it photographed and on the market in 3 days. I even admit that sometimes I thought I knew the way to sell homes and I would float my ideas with her and she’d gracefully remind me that she’s been selling homes for a long time, so I trusted her and my home was under contract in 9 days! Tracey negotiated exactly what I wanted from the sell. She stay in constant communication throughout the entire process, and asked all the right questions, such as “is this home sell required to get your new home loan?” Something I hadn’t thought about.
