We recommend Jim Mulvey and Bird Dog Real Estate as a Buyer's Agent. Jim is smart, professional, personable and considerate. He was a true partner in our recent home search and purchase. He was tenacious when we needed information and answers in tight timeframes. Things move fast and Jim was on top of important details. In a sea of bank-owned and short-sales, he steered us in the right direction with highly competent advice. Right after we moved in, Jim stopped by with the 30% rebate check of his commission. How many realtors do you know that offer this?? Go with the Bird Dog! You will not regret it! Thanks Jim!

In selling our house Kathy Butters displayed warmth, support, tenacity and great ability. Ours is a beautiful late-19th century home, modernized with central heating and air-conditioning, an addition, new bathrooms, kitchen and a two-car garage. The house would not suit many but Kathy was always optimistic that the "right person" would show up and fall in love with it. And so it happened. It took a lot of hand-holding to keep our confidence up but Kathy was good-natured and supportive throughout. And she is a good golfer. Thank you Kathy, Mike and Dawn
