I want to add to my review from September 2022 because I am just now completing all the loose-ends from the sale of my home last summer. I closed on my home in August of 2022, some money was held in escrow due to some CO issues. Even though she had no contractual obligation to help me, Lori continued to work with me in getting permits, going to Town Hall, and assisting me with the applications for the necessary paperwork to release the escrow. Lori did not have to do anything more for me once the property closed. However, because of her integrity and commitment to her clients, she stayed with me until all the loose-ends were tied; and for that I am grateful. I highly recommend her and wish her continued success. Anyone who works with Lori Gillam will understand her integrity and professionalism.
