Peter has been a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker in New York since 1996. First as a successful Sales Agent then as an office manager for several of the largest real estate companies on Long Island, helping hundreds of customers and clients buy and sell real estate in New York as well as a national reach through his connections with many associations. Having served for 20 years as a director for the Long Island Board of Realtors and chairing many of its committees including Bylaws, Legislative, Professional Standards and Vice President of Executive. Having also been awarded “The Realtor of the Year Award” in 2008 from a membership of almost 30,000. BEST Agent ive worked with!

Jocelyn is a BEAST. i know i would never get the house if it wasnt for her. She was in constant communication with the listing agent, negotiated our terms and got us the BEST offer we could ever imagine. Extremely Thorough, Kind, Professional, Easy Going and Experienced!

I had an amazing experience working with Jocelyn Minier from Realty Connect! She was absolutely wonderful being so personable, patient, experienced and caring throughout the entire process. She always responded quickly and was on top of everything. What really stood out to me was how she would regularly check in, just to see how things were going. It meant a lot, especially since I was navigating through a long and tedious mortgage process. Jocelyn even spoke directly with my mortgage broker and kept on top of everything.
