Sharon A. Fenimore

Associate Broker / Licensed Real Estate Agent

About Sharon A.

The most important thing I can say about being a realtor is that I believe in what I do. Having worked in the housing market since 1998 on the Island I grew up on, I am completely committed to being dependable, trustworthy, and focused for every client I represent. Whether someone is a buyer or a seller, I will always take the time to identify their specific needs because I understand that whether a family or an individual is parting with a well-loved home or searching for their first one, the process is very personal. My belief in that fact translates into a willingness to adapt to each client’s unique situation. From start to finish, with respect, honesty, and integrity, it would be my privilege to serve as your realtor. “Sharon was fantastic in her role to get this house sold in a short sale situation. It was a new process to me and she literally coached me through what I needed to do. She is friendly and honest and I didn’t get that feeling from other agents I had met.” –Larry Stangle Sharon . . . didn’t promise anything that she couldn’t deliver on. She always conducted herself in a very honest, ethical, and professional manner . . .” –Dan Davidson “Sharon had helped me purchase and sell several properties as well as rent one property. She is responsive, accessible, and knowledgeable, and conducts her business in a very fair and ethical manner. I highly recommend her.” –Ken Manger “I would highly recommend Sharon . . . she answered every question we had—with honesty, held our hand and walked us through every step of the process. She was committed to every promise she made us. She sold our home, which we had tried to sell with various other agents. And she did it quick! . . . Sharon is the agent you want working for you!!!” –Jody Zeis

Jocelyn!!! Once again did not disappoint. I honestly have no words to fully describe your dedication, patience, courage (an interesting situation, to say the least!), and commitment. Hands down, no one else would have EVER done what you made happen for us. We appreciate you and your incredible work ethic more than words can express. Your knowledge, the effort you put in, and the level of service you provide are always a 10 out of 10. Thank you for going above and beyond for us. You are truly amazing at what you do, and we are so grateful to have had you helping us! The road as bumpy but without your help it wouldn’t have been half as possible. We will always recommend anyone we know to choose you as there guide in selling or buying a home. Thank you ♥️
