I had an amazing experience working with Jocelyn Minier from Realty Connect! She was absolutely wonderful being so personable, patient, experienced and caring throughout the entire process. She always responded quickly and was on top of everything. What really stood out to me was how she would regularly check in, just to see how things were going. Jocelyn helped my father and I sell the coop I grew up in, and found us our forever home. This was such a bitter sweet process, but she was there every step of the way. She made us feel safe, and comfortable with all of our questions concerns and never like a bother. She wore every hat possible, and did it all like it was second nature. She knew our taste and what we were looking for in our price range better than we did. We saw a fair amount of homes and were getting discouraged and tired of the process. She called me and said she found a house we had to see and I saw a picture online and wasn’t running or jumping to see it, until I did. And the minute I pulled into the driveway I just knew this was our forever home, and she knew before we did. That’s how she is she knows her clients wants needs likes and dislikes and she follows suits and makes you feel understood.. she’s not just a realtor she’s a friend.. and we’re so grateful for her attention to detail and knowing us better than we did at that point. This was our first experience selling a home, and this was the home I grew up in.From the very beginning to end Jocelyn was there. She wore hats beyond her role and helped us every step of the way. She was our realtor, our Google, our therapist, our financial advisor, our eyes and ears and friend. This unit was completely renovated and a big project. Jocelyn held our hands with every decision and made this process seamless. Whatever we needed she did or had a person for, and having her on the other end of the line made us feel confident and taken care of. She is so much more than a realtor and we couldn’t have done it all without her. She answered her phone everytime, no matter how silly the question seemed she was there.. we are beyond grateful and wouldn’t work with anyone else!
