Tami Hernandez was a true professional in the selling of my in-laws Long Island house. The house had been in our family for 50+ years and was a big project to clear out, repair, stage and have market ready. We needed to have a broker that we could trust to oversee the house and check in on it - as we live far way. Our first broker was not Tami, and we regret that decision - it cost us time, money and the house did not sell. Also, it wasn't looked after at all. We re-listed with Tami and the difference in her handling of our home was evident from the start.
