Peter has been a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker in New York since 1996. First as a successful Sales Agent then as an office manager for several of the largest real estate companies on Long Island, helping hundreds of customers and clients buy and sell real estate in New York as well as a national reach through his connections with many associations. Having served for 20 years as a director for the Long Island Board of Realtors and chairing many of its committees including Bylaws, Legislative, Professional Standards and Vice President of Executive. Having also been awarded “The Realtor of the Year Award” in 2008 from a membership of almost 30,000. Concurrently having served on the Board of Directors for the New York State Association of Realtors (NYSAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR) as well as many committees through the years. Peter has the CRB designation (Certified Residential Broker Manager) As well as the SFR (Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource Certification) And SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist). Peter earned the Eagle Scout Rank in 1983 and has remained active with his local Boy Scout Troop 106 and committee as well as receiving “The Good Deed Award” from Suffolk County Council of Boy Scouts in 2008. Other associations include Past President of the Huntington Historical Society, Huntington Chamber of Commerce and Past Exalted Ruler of The Benevolent Protective Order of Elks Lodge #1565.
Currently Peter works for Realty Connect USA since the company’s inception in 2009 and focuses his time on working with Attorneys and helping families and surviving spouses navigate the complexities of their loved one’s estate and probated properties as a Certified Probate Expert (CPE). Utilizing his experience and skills as an SRES Peter enjoys helping seniors “Rightsizing” their home whether it be with family or one of the many aging in place options locally or across the country.
