Peter is the consummate professional! I was very impressed with the research he did comparing properties for sale in my area before we put my house on the market and set a competitive sale price. I was extremely thrilled when my house sold for more than anticipated!! Peter was excellent answering all my questions and explaining what I didn't understand. Always prompt and thorough. We hit a few bumps during inspection and Peter masterfully took initiative and got us through it relatively painlessly. I was very comfortable and confident working Peter, a great guy whom I highly recommend.

Having completed several real estate transactions over the years, we pretty much knew all the bases that we had to cover. However, Peter gave me the impression he was well aware of the issues to be addressed before we brought them up. We were able to discuss other properties that were available in order to be sure this property was a good fit for us. Any request or question was responded to immediately or in a very timely fashion. The terms we agreed to during the offering were exactly the same at contract. Believe me, that isn't always the case. Closing was very smooth. Peter offered helpful advice regarding the utilities, and was very flexible scheduling final inspection. He always replied to our texts and calls promptly, even helping out with post-closing communications between us and seller.
