About JoAnn

Real Estate is part of my DNA. Ever since I sold my first home, over a decade ago, I have loved almost every day of my career in real estate. The most rewarding part of being a Real Estate Broker is helping people find their dream home or helping them sell their home to start a new chapter in their lives. Long Island has so many beautiful homes, wonderful communities, and the greatest small businesses. There is a quote that I have on my wall, it reads "If you love what you do, you will never work a day in your life." That quote was written for me.

A Breathe of Fresh Air

While I've had experiences with other realtors who were more pushy, JoAnn provided a completely different experience. She was always available when I needed her, while also giving me the space I needed to make informed decisions. She was extremely thorough in answering all of my questions and consistently provided up-to-date information as soon as it became available. JoAnn was transparent, professional and supportive throughout the entire process and she made me feel comfortable and confident every step of the way. I truly appreciated having her guidance and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.

JoAnn Cilla is outstanding and I highly recommend her for all real estate matters.

My wife and I recently sold our home, and working with JoAnn Cilla was the best decision we could have made. JoAnn's market knowledge, strategic pricing, and flawless execution led to a smooth and successful sale. From day one, JoAnn provided clear guidance, honest feedback, and consistent communication. Every detail was handled with care and ultimately led to securing a result that exceeded our expectations. If you’re looking for an agent who is sharp, reliable, and genuinely invested in your success, JoAnn Cilla is the one you want in your corner. We would recommend JoAnn without hesitation.

This woman knows her stuff ! She's an expert at setting the perfect price for the market.

She went above and beyond the normal role of an agent. Time and time again she helped by meeting workers to fix things and handling the problems with the town. She was a very hands on person who was involved with every aspect of the sale.

JoAnn supported and guided me throughout the process- reliable, professional, and knowledgeable!

JoAnn was very responsive and she definitely understood what I was looking for. I fully trusted JoAnn and felt that I could ask her anything about the home search process. I worked with other real estate agents that stopped answering me and didn’t take me seriously, but JoAnn is truly the best!! She is caring, responsible, and extremely knowledgeable.

I don’t know anyone as knowledgeable as JoAnn Cilla when it comes to Real Estate.

Joann is an amazing agent. She was great with keeping in touch in every way and especially when it came down to getting our offer accepted. I was looking for the perfect home while still living in Florida and JoAnn found it for us. I wouldn’t think of using anyone but JoAnn!
