I cannot say enough about the exceptional experience I had in working with Brian Anthony Phillips of Elliman Real Estate to sell my condominium in Midtown Manhattan. I was referred to Brian from an agent that I know in south central Connecticut. She was able to connect me to Brian seamlessly through the CRS Referral Directory. From the first interaction with Brian all the way till we closed recently, he was professional, extremely knowledgeable and responsive to my needs. At one point, there was an unexpected issue with the HVAC system that required a lot of back and forth to resolve. Brian was able to manage the corrective actions for the buyer and myself through this situation in a win-win way. She helped me sell a co-op that needed to go asap due to a death in the family . I know she had an uphill battle , considering my late aunt never put a dime into it , our difficulties dealing with the board ( they were a pain in the ass ) as well as 17 other units available in the building . It was a tough time to sell , but she did it . She’s kind , sweet , always called me back when I had a problem . She really looked for my best interests . I wish I could say the same for everyone else that was involved in this . Once they got paid, they couldn’t be bothered . I am currently having issues getting the bond lifted , and the lawyers have been giving me a hard time . But not Marianne , she even tried to help me find another lawyer to wrap this up . I truly consider her a friend now . You won’t go wrong hiring her . She’s the greatest !
