Russell Dinstein has been my real estate agent in NYC for many years, first for renting my East Village apartment and most recently for selling it. We met years ago and have maintained not just a business connection but a friendship. This wasn't easy as I live in England, but Russell has always been available whether by email, telephone, or video conferencing. The tenants he found were generally excellent, and when rare problems arose Russell dealt with them quickly and professionally. He has been invaluable during the long and tedious process of negotiating and concluding the recent sale of the apartment.
