Russell Dinstein has been my real estate agent in NYC for many years, first for renting my East Village apartment and most recently for selling it. We met years ago and have maintained not just a business connection but a friendship. This wasn't easy as I live in England, but Russell has always been available whether by email, telephone, or video conferencing. The tenants he found were generally excellent, and when rare problems arose Russell dealt with them quickly and professionally. He has been invaluable during the long and tedious process of negotiating and concluding the recent sale of the apartment. He knows his market thoroughly, gives very sound advice, and is an excellent judge of people and all their foibles. I recommend him without reservation.

I have been buying and selling real estate for most of my life. There are those that you hire that just do their job and those that go above and beyond. Carolyn is one of those people. Carolyn was referred to me by an acquaintance in Chicago. She is pleasant, knowledgeable, and sharp. She knows her stuff. I sold a four flat with her in Humboldt Park with Carolyn as the listing agent. She assessed the building and ask me to wait a couple months so that I could demonstrate higher rents. She told me that my units were underpriced by a couple hundred dollars and she was right. When lease renewal came we realized over $1100 more in revenue for the building and sold a hair under asking.
