I'm lucky just to know Dan. With Mr. Byrne representing us, we entered a bid on a real dream home. After a back and forth with the seller about us coming up to asking price (we could not), Dan stepped in and forfeited his own commission in order to make up the difference. Because I spend a good deal of time of town she let workers in to the property and made sure that things were done in the right way. This was priceless. Carolyn offered to do all of this for me. I have left deals and thought that agent was over-paid. Carolyn is worth every penny! Will only use her from now on.
