We chose Eileen because she. is a go getter. We knew she was going to sell our apartment and for the best price. We are extremely satisfied with her performance. The follows thru and always calls you back, no matter what day or t time it is. If you are thinking of buying or selling, you cannot make a better choice.
When I asked Eileen about selling my studio apartment, she didn't ask "what do you want to list it for," but instead, told me what she thought it would sell for -- expertise which was alone worth her commission. Eileen was always responsive, impresses the buyers (I myself have bought two places through her) and got it sold for the highest price ever paid for a studio in the building. Was especially impressed with her willingness to go all out on quality photographs and a 3D viewing option -- Eileen prepped the studio with great care (and success; I think we were in contract after only three weeks listed).
