She helped me sell a co-op that needed to go asap due to a death in the family . I know she had an uphill battle , considering my late aunt never put a dime into it , our difficulties dealing with the board ( they were a pain in the ass ) as well as 17 other units available in the building . It was a tough time to sell , but she did it . She’s kind , sweet , always called me back when I had a problem . She really looked for my best interests . I wish I could say the same for everyone else that was involved in this . Once they got paid, they couldn’t be bothered . I am currently having issues getting the bond lifted , and the lawyers have been giving me a hard time . But not Marianne , she even tried to help me find another lawyer to wrap this up . I truly consider her a friend now . You won’t go wrong hiring her . She’s the greatest !

Marianne has a great personality, easy to get along with. She's very understanding patient, generous and went above and beyond my expectations! And to top it all, she's hilarious! If you're looking for a "5-star realtor" Marianne is the one! She won't disappoint you!

Let me tell you this woman has been exceptional under probably some worst circumstances as far as selling a carpet goes she brought me right into the pool with me as soon as my father passed , through all the politics all the BS the state and the co-op association I was dealing with. This woman never gave up on me for five long years , at times, she even became a pitbull for me. She won’t give up. Trust me. She won’t rest until that property is sold. This is what I love about her. This is the person you want in your corner when it comes to selling a property.

Marianne is competent and confident. She understood, and shared with me, every step of the process. She cared about my opinions and concerns, and put them first. She was always available when I had a question - getting back to me in a timely manner. Throughout the entire process of purchasing a home, I always felt that Marianne was on my side. I recommend her without hesitation!
