Carol Ann is the most knowledgeable real estate agent I’ve had the privilege to meet. She answered any and all questions we had, no matter how silly or small. She was knowledgeable about the area, about the homes, came prepared with all information. When information was not available, she would go above and beyond to gather anything needed. Home buying can be incredibly overwhelming but she was with us every step of the way making it easy and enjoyable.

Michele was referred to me by the attorney handling my condo sale and he described her as being like the "Energizer Bunny" -- always on the go to make my sale work. Well, the market proved much more difficult than we expected, mostly due to high mortgage interest rates, and it took more than 6 months before I sold my apartment.
