Susan is very knowledgeable of the market in the area, and always kept us within budget. She was able to talk the seller into choosing our offer at asking price with a mortgage over a full cash offer (lower than asking). She was also able to get us contacts for the repairs that needed to be done before closing. As for my complaints about Susan, she was always late (except for the final walk through before closing). After going into contract, when she’d talk to the listing agent about several issues, she always made it sound like we needed to cater to the seller’s demands making us feel like she was on their side rather than ours. To the point that we got into a few arguments. It wasn’t until our attorney clarified everything to the seller’s attorney that the situation was resolved/descalated.

Michele was referred to me by the attorney handling my condo sale and he described her as being like the "Energizer Bunny" -- always on the go to make my sale work. Well, the market proved much more difficult than we expected, mostly due to high mortgage interest rates, and it took more than 6 months before I sold my apartment. Throughout the process, Michele was there for me. We went through a lot together, including frayed tempers when the stresses got high, and Michele persevered and got the deal done. I'm grateful for her help.

Anne-Marie is knowledge as to value, availability and comps in the area. She also stays informed as to trends in the housing market in general. She is extremely helpful and supportive during the stressful time of selling one’s home. She is honest, trustworthy and sincerely cares about the needs of both her sellers and prospective buyers. She was my realtor when I bought my home 18 years ago and again when I sold it this week. In summary, she is truly a gem!!!

Carol Ann is the most knowledgeable real estate agent I’ve had the privilege to meet. She answered any and all questions we had, no matter how silly or small. She was knowledgeable about the area, about the homes, came prepared with all information. When information was not available, she would go above and beyond to gather anything needed. Home buying can be incredibly overwhelming but she was with us every step of the way making it easy and enjoyable.

Ana has been very helpful to me throughout the entire process from home searching to closing. She is communicative and kept me updated at all times. When I had questions or needed something followed up, Ana and her assistant Stefanny are always on top of it. She is also very resourceful and provided me with lots of useful resources as a first time home buyer. She is knowledgeable and experienced.
