Ana has been very helpful to me throughout the entire process from home searching to closing. She is communicative and kept me updated at all times. When I had questions or needed something followed up, Ana and her assistant Stefanny are always on top of it. She is also very resourceful and provided me with lots of useful resources as a first time home buyer. She is knowledgeable and experienced. I learned a lot about the housing market and home renovation from her. Ana is a great agent and resource, and I would hire her again.

Anne-Marie is knowledge as to value, availability and comps in the area. She also stays informed as to trends in the housing market in general. She is extremely helpful and supportive during the stressful time of selling one’s home. She is honest, trustworthy and sincerely cares about the needs of both her sellers and prospective buyers. She was my realtor when I bought my home 18 years ago and again when I sold it this week. In summary, she is truly a gem!!!

Susan is very knowledgeable of the market in the area, and always kept us within budget. She was able to talk the seller into choosing our offer at asking price with a mortgage over a full cash offer (lower than asking). She was also able to get us contacts for the repairs that needed to be done before closing. As for my complaints about Susan, she was always late (except for the final walk through before closing). After going into contract, when she’d talk to the listing agent about several issues, she always made it sound like we needed to cater to the seller’s demands making us feel like she was on their side rather than ours. To the point that we got into a few arguments. It wasn’t until our attorney clarified everything to the seller’s attorney that the situation was resolved/descalated.

Working with Diana was an exceptional experience from start to finish. She handles all the fundamentals exactly as you would hope. She’s organized, communicative, and steady throughout the process. But she well exceeds 'fundamental'.... Her instinct for pricing is sharp and grounded in reality, not wishful thinking. She understands how to position a property so it attracts real interest right away. And her marketing is thoughtful and effective. It never felt generic or templated. What I appreciated most was her agility. If something wasn’t quite landing, she would adjust quickly and confidently, always with a clear rationale. That kind of nimbleness is rare and incredibly valuable. She’s also deeply connected within the local real estate ecosystem. From attorneys to inspectors and everything in between, she knows who to call and how to keep things moving. That network matters more than people realize, and she uses it well. On top of all that, she’s responsive, easy to work with, and genuinely personable. You always feel like you’re in capable hands. We moved from listing to close in about three months, during the dead of winter, in what I’d describe as an "average at best" market. That outcome speaks for itself. I’d recommend Diana without hesitation.
