Carol Ann is the most knowledgeable real estate agent I’ve had the privilege to meet. She answered any and all questions we had, no matter how silly or small. She was knowledgeable about the area, about the homes, came prepared with all information. When information was not available, she would go above and beyond to gather anything needed. Home buying can be incredibly overwhelming but she was with us every step of the way making it easy and enjoyable.

Carol Ann sold our land and always respected and listened to our thoughts when setting a price. She gave us updates on the market and comps totally had recently sold. But most of all, she was amazing at helping us answer questions any prospective buyers had. When we didn’t know the answers to the questions, she went above and beyond to research to find out the answers. Carol Ann even went down to the County offices to pull records from previous owners to learn the more information that was not readily available, nor would we have known what to ask for or where to go. Most of the documentation was very difficult to find as the lot had been through multiple buyers and no one seemed to be able to get the answers except for Carol Ann and all of her hard legwork. She never once pressured us into taking an offer just to make a sale and she was patient with us and helped us get the offer we had hoped for. It would highly recommend her as she did a phenomenal job helping us.

We have owned several houses over the years and when we began the process of finding a new house yet again we were feeling excited but quite anxious. Having Carol Ann as our realtor made a stressful situation easier for us. She was very patient and always available to answer our questions and concerns…she toured properties via Zoom with us. Carol Ann gave us all her time and effort. She is a kind person who knew the area we were looking in extremely well and she was self motivated. We truly appreciated her creativity. As we looked at houses and pointed out things we did not like Carol Ann was able to give us ideas as to how we could change things up and make it our own She is a very creative thinker and responded to our concerns. Her overall demeanor made our house hunting experience a positive one.

Having Carol Ann for my realtor, was absolutely the best part of my home buying experience! She is knowledgeable, attentive, actually listens to what you want, and is extremely prompt with any and all info. She has been in the business a long time and knows what she’s doing, she knows what listings to pull and what areas have what pros and cons. First time home buying is terrifying, Carol Ann made sure mine wasn’t. She pulled listings as soon as they came on the market, and each time I changed my mind, which was ALOT, on what I wanted, she came back with multiple listings for us to see. We saw a few properties together and just waking in the door she already has insight and helped me decide what my pros and cons were of each listing we saw. Having a realtor you can ask every little, what sometimes seem silly, question to, made my house hunting less stressful. Because Carol Ann has been in the realtor business for a long time, she has working relationships with other realtors, attorneys and lenders, making the entire home buying process a positive one! Once I decided on a house, everything from putting in an offer to closing, Carol Ann kept me informed every step of the way, keeping in constant contact with the other realtor and the attorney to make sure everything was going smoothly and in a very timely manner. I know she had other clients and showings during the same time we worked together, yet I never once felt like I wasn’t getting her best attention, professional knowledge and service. Once closing was scheduled, she made sure I knew what to expect next and what the next steps would be, up to, and after closing paperwork was signed. It’s been a few weeks since my closing and she has checked in a few times to see how the new homeowner process is going. I know a few other realtors, personally, and I can honestly say I wouldn’t have wanted to work with anyone else.

We have been working with Alonzo for almost a year, and in that time he has been very patient with us with all the places we looked at, what was a good fit. But really he was very professional, easy to work with, out going, took time to try and find what we as I were looking for and needed. If it came down to ever needed help down the road I so call him up and say hey bro I'm in a need of a place what you got for me lol cause I haven't work with someone that I clicked with and having communication were we are all on the same page. Alonzo was a gentleman and a professional at all times, my wife and I asked much of him through out the home buying process and since we looked at multiple properties we kept him very busy and at all times he was there for us right up until our purchase. We stay in contact with Alonzo because we have come to know him as a friend and our realtor.
