Dan went far beyond what we expected in finding our new home. As we were out of state, everything was virtual, and he provided video with input and pointed out possible issues of each home. Dan is a true professional gnosis business. We were in Illinois could not see the houses that he would go see and film each house that we wanted to see. Manuel our realtor definitely fought for us and would speak to sellers. Always willing to show us houses we wanted to see. He would gather as much information on the house and be transparent with what was going on with them.
