Dan went far beyond what we expected in finding our new home. As we were out of state, everything was virtual, and he provided video with input and pointed out possible issues of each home. Once we narrowed down the choice, he helped put together winning offers and jumped right on getting all the inspections we needed. He would send these to us and we would make a choice from these. He would tell us if there was something wrong and that this house would not be good for us.
