Carmela was very good at calming us down when we got stressed during the home selling process. She made herself available when calling or texting. She was very easy to talk to. She stepped in to help us when we needed assistance with getting a certificate of occupancy. We would definitely recommend her.

Carmella was an amazing agent. So helpful in providing advice and knowledge of the market.

Carmella was an extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional agent. She walked me through the process step by step and provided feedback on each property that we visited with market based insight. She provided valuable direction on the offer process and the inclusion of a rider process when she thought necessary. She provided consistent communication throughout the process regarding updates, any delays that she could foresee and provided distinct direction with probable timelines when delays occurred. Carmela's professional and calming demeanor were greatly appreciated during a stressful process and I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to purchase!

David is a great communicator with excellent experience who expertly guided us through our sale.

Very prompt and good negotiation skills and good relationships with clients

When we met with David we were impressed with his enthusiasm and energy. He seemed energized and excited at the prospect of marketing our property. All the agents we interviewed lavishly praised our home but David seemed more genuine and specific in noting features that were marketing high points. I am a NJ Certified General Real Estate Appraiser with 45 years of experience, two professional designations and am a court recognized expert witness in real estate valuation. My wife was a Chief Operating Officer of a national appraisal management company and has worked in mortgage companies, appraisal software companies and managed appraisal data portals for companies such as Corelogic, Mercury and Appraisalscope, so we have a level of knowledge and familiarity that is uncommon in consumers. We can read through BS easily in this field. We interviewed four agents and found David "hands down" to be above the rest in his knowledge of the market, methods, techniques and energy. He laid out a brilliant marketing plan and executed it with precision. He told us that we would have fun and we did. He sold our house in 4 days at $40k over list, setting a precedent in our subdivision. Watching him negotiate offers over the phone with a number of potential buyers was like watching high stakes poker in 'Vegas. He was masterful and it was extremely entertaining. We did have a lot of fun as he said we would until our buyers ran into trouble at the last minute with their house sale. That's when the fun went away and the stress flooded in. Fortunately, David handled those problems with level headed calm and strong negotiating instincts which really helped us. He was cool and collected and drove on with intensity and purpose. He brought us to a successful closing and a happy ending. I without reservation recommend him. His strong suits are energy, planning, communication and super strong negotiating skills.
