This is the second home that Carmela has sold for me and I can’t say enough about how easy she is to work with. Carmela is efficient and on top of anything that needs to be done to sell you home quickly. She is so kind and easy to talk to and is available for any question that you may have. Her professionalism and knowledge in real estates is top notch!

First time buying a home here- and Carmela made it a breeze. Her communication style is unbelievable - you find a house you want to see? She’s already booking a showing the minute you text her. She is a calm, respectful and generous person who wants to get you a good deal, and for you to be happy with your purchase. We had some hiccups with the transfer of ownership with the house due to solar panel company issues- and she was basically my therapist during that month! So patient, encouraging and kind. She continues to stay in touch, offer recommendations of local services, and check in every now and then. Completely unexpected - and so incredibly appreciated. I genuinely enjoyed working with Carmela- she really sets a high standard for agents. She’s successful for a reason!

Carmela helped us select professionals in the trades to correct problems. She successfully negotiated home price and replacement cost for a new roof and some plumbing issues. This was critical to us because we were new to the area and unfamiliar with reliable tradesmen. She helped make our home purchase a pleasure and we would recommend her without question..!!!
