We were introduced to Sharon by our lender during a single family home buying process after I shared my preference in the type of realtor experience we were looking to have being a young family and a same sex couple. We had valid concerns about how folx may treat us given our family’s structure. What we didn’t expect was not only gaining a great realtor who is respectful, but so much more. As someone with high standards in the type of professionals I work with and experience I expect to have, Sharon didn’t disappoint. You can tell Sharon knows her stuff. She was knowledgeable and honest with me about my budget and needs while also remaining compassionate and understanding. She also has an eye that spots concerns in homes which felt reassuring and helped us choose the right home. Our journey was a bit stressful due to the lack of communication from the seller’s side as well as other frustrating bumps along the way. But Sharon remained on top of it, advocating for us, and giving us daily updates. Her communication with all parties was superb. We felt comforted knowing that we had Sharon in our corner. We can go on and on about Sharon’s realtor skills. But, the one thing we would like to highlight is Sharon’s personality. The woman is brilliant in many ways, funny, warm, a fierce advocate, hardworking, honest, and just an overall amazing human. We gained not just a realtor in this experience but a lifelong partner/friend. We plan on using Sharon for all our real estate needs in the future including helping us rent out our current condo in the coming months and any other future realtor needs. And we will recommend her to anyone we know. You can’t go wrong with Sharon in your corner!
