Tony is extremely responsive. I can’t remember a time through the whole house hunt and closing process where one of our questions wasn’t answered or followed up with. With it being our first house, we were very unsure of what we wanted, had periods of looking here and there, not looking too much and weekends packed with tours and open houses. Tony was very patient with us through the whole process and us changing what we wanted and our budget. He was very professional and trustworthy. I knew he had our best interest in mind. He was very knowledgeable about the conditions of houses and what could be unexpected future problems. I learned a lot from him through the whole process. While we don’t anticipate needing a new house anytime soon. If we were to list our house or looking for other houses, he would be our first call.

Tony comes with a lot of experience in real estate. With his experience he was able to provide insights in each of the properties that helped in my decision making process. Secondly Tony was not trying to make sale instead he was making sure buyer is happy with the purchase and meets my expectations. Thirdly Tony was very patient in search of houses. It helped me finally able to find the home I desired rather than settling to the one that I may regret later. I had a very pleasant experience with Tony as my real estate agent and I will be gladly share him as referral to any one who are prospective buyers.

Having sold our house in Shelton at a price that set a record in our neighborhood, Tony supassed that with the purchase of our condominium. He negotiated a very fair price that outbid two other offers. He then arranged the inspection and recommended a local moving company that beat three other bids by $1,500. The closing went very smoothly as we were closing both the house sale and condo purchase on the same day. I strongly recommend him to anyone looking to sell / buy a home. Now, the only thing he has to do is stop by and pick up the case of wine we bought him.

Extremely knowledgeable

Having Mr., O'Connor (Floyd) as our professional realtor was the best decision we made when it came to selling our home. In fact, we had him represent us in a couple of transactions and each time was a great experience. Floyd went above and beyond what was necessary to complete the sale of the last property we sold. The property was and inheritance and required some work prior to getting it on the Market. Living out of state it was difficult to coordinate the work. Floyd worked tirelessly to get all of the issues resolved. While visiting the home on my own, I unsuccessfully tried to fix a minor plumbing issue. I called him and he came right over with his own tools to help. When the house went on the Market, we sold it quickly and at a very competitive sales price. Additionally, Floyd helped with the Sale of our Primary home in Connecticut before we left the Connecticut. Again, Floyd was spot on with his advice and priced the home perfectly. It was another great transaction. My husband and I highly recommend Floyd to our friends who are selling their homes. The also loved working with him. Before I close this review, I'd like to tell you that Floyd is always professional, he knows the Real Estate Law, he prices homes correctly and best of all in my case, Floyd has the patience of a Saint as they say.
