It was a pleasure to work with Sue, who was recommended by my estate lawyer to help sell my deceased relative's condo. Sue provided thoughtful advice on repairs to the property, on pricing, and on weighing the offers she received, in the end always respecting my wishes. I was happy with the contractors she recommended to handle cleanup and repairs. The apartment sold quickly and the closing went smoothly.

Susan is very diligent. She is extremely familiar with our market and does excellent research. She communicated very well and kept us informed of the market and the buyers. She was always available to go above and beyond. We've worked with Susan several times and will likely do so again.

Sue went above and beyond as realtor. Constant excellent communication during the whole home buying process. She was on top of everything that needed to get done. Help with finding homes, providing all information one would need when viewing homes, and providing any answers to questions we asked. She was very organized during our home buying process. Reminding us for tasks that needed to be completed, calling local services to gather information, and staying in constant contact with the sellers for additional assistance. Her work is thorough and comforting for home buyers. We felt at ease with Sue during the whole process. We would highly recommend her to any new or even experienced home buyers! We would give her 6 star out of 5 if we could!

Sue is very knowledgeable about the current market and knows what it takes to get the best sale price. She and her team do a great job virtually staging a home so buyers can visualize themselves in a space. Sue is well-versed in the ins and outs of estate sales and was very responsive whenever I had a question or concern. We had some extenuating circumstances with the estate and Sue went above and beyond to guide me through the process. She really goes to bat for her clients. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Sue again were I to be in the position to sell or purchase a house.
