During multiple showings, we were provided valuable knowledge of the various properties and how they compared to each other. Marvin listened to our reactions and comments and used them to match us with our eventual purchase. And after the purchase, Marvin has stayed engaged; checking in with us to be sure we are settling in and if we needed any assistance. There’s no question in our mind about awarding a 5 star rating.

Theresa has helped me purchase multiple properties, not once have I had any issues. She makes the entire process as easy as possible. Found me the coziest little house, that I’ve been working to build into my forever home. She helped close a small property, which she took care of all the paperwork, the lawyers, the whole shebang. Her team can help find anything you’re looking for. She’s been in the industry for so long so can lead you away from bad decisions, saved me at least once or twice from buying junk properties.

The home we ultimately decided to purchase was: 1) near the properties we toured; and 2) on the market. We had to make another trip to the east coast to see the house. My wife identified it not the agent.
