Everything went well. Communication was excellent. No issues with anything really. Eric had good contacts, to make the selling process easier. Very professional and straightforward in his approach. Helped with any questions and was patient throughout. I would use Eric again to buy or sell a home.

The woman is brilliant in many ways, funny, warm, a fierce advocate, hardworking, honest, and just an overall amazing human. We gained not just a realtor in this experience but a lifelong partner/friend. We plan on using Sharon for all our real estate needs in the future including helping us rent out our current condo in the coming months and any other future realtor needs.
