Judie was so helpful and caring while guiding us through the process of selling our parents' home, she explained everything we needed to know and do to get house ready for its listing, what to leave in house and what to remove as she didn't want us to remove anything until after listing because home looked better with all the furniture in it, Judie priced the house just right as we got multiple offers the first few days and it started a bidding war that got us above our listing price!
