This was my second time working with Laura Condon. The first time was last year when I sold my condo and over the last many months in my search for a home. Through Laura’s many years in this business, it was like having a contractor with you for guidance on when you should keep on looking. Laura was referred to me by my friend, who sold his house through Laura. She has tremendous market knowledge and negotiation skills. Also, she was good at providing simple suggestions to improve the house's appearance for selling. Laura did many open houses, even during the hot summer days. Her hard work resulted in potential buyers even during these tough market times. She could sell the home at a reasonable price in a reasonable time. Some realtors excel in one area more than the other but not Laura, she is very good in all areas. I am a real estate investor and I sold this property and Laura was my realtor. We had alot of showings and multiple offers and Laura's ingeniousness with analyzing the offers ,knowing the pros and cons of the different types of loans buyers can qualify for and discussing which offer is best is another one of her strong suits. You gotta know who is best positioned to get to the closing table quickly with no issues. Some banks take forever, some are flawless and you can always tell when realtors know their clients well and it's a seamless transaction. This was another one of those transactions where the buyers loved the house and everything just clicked. Laura's communication is spot on and I was always updated several times a day, with other offers coming in while discussing all the terms , down payments and particulars. It was a win/win for everyone.

She’s he BEST! I have met a couple of realtors b4 and they definitely wasn’t it! Laura from the first time we met, I knew it was a good fit. She’s VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE! Laura is patient, kind, jovial, (never had a bad attitude even when I was getting tired of trips from NYC Connecticut) and just pretty much an amazing individual!
