She is not only a true professional of what she does but a very caring and kind person. It was a very emotional experience for me selling my house after 40 years. She never lost sight of that . She was sensitive about my feelings as a person, not just a client. She was there 24/7 for questions or just some moral support during this journey. Jessica makes suggestions but also listens to the clients feedback and is always receptive to their views. Her insight and experience helped me meet my goal and actually achieve well above what I thought the outcome would be.
