Lori and her team were a delight to work with. From the moment that we met Lori we knew we were in good hands. Our sale was pretty tricky in some ways -- it involved an elder who could not manage his own household and had to rely upon me, a non-local relative -- to sell the home. Lori was ready, willing, and able to step in to provide recommendations, encouragement, and boots on the ground so that we could get the home prepared for sale. She brought to the experience a great array of local contractors who were extremely diligent and reasonably priced. Lori herself worked SO HARD to get the place sold; she did multiple open houses, followed up on all kinds of leads, and helped us think strategically about how best to position the home for a successful sale. Ultimately, the home sold for asking price that was among the highest in the area. Very gratifying experience, and I strongly recommend Lori.

5 star rating is not enough for the horrible experience we had with a buyer n the buyers agent. Lori had to call the buyer agent for every little thing. There was no communication from the buyers agent. Lori jumped through hoops that the buyers agent failed to inform us of. In the end the buyers wanted to walk but wanted us to pull out of the deal. Lori fought for us so we would get our share of the ernest money that the buyers wanted all back. Lori looked after our best interest from the start with that bad agent. She is a hard worker n if she doesn't know the answer to a question she will find it out in a timely madder. Would i have Lori sell my house again i sure would . Her and her son make a great team.

George is very knowledgeable of the real estate business and does a good job of guiding a client through the buy/sell process. He gives good counsel about what to expect and do during each step. He also is very effective in resolving any issues that arise that require discussion or negotiation back and forth between the multiple parties involved. George has been my agent now for the second time, once as a property seller, and once as a buyer. Both were successful experiences for me through his guidance.

MBT was great work with, she always took the time to answer our questions and communicated so we understood every step. She spent time looking at houses with us every week until we found a place that we love. Even then she continued to go above and beyond. After the inspection she coordinated with an electrician to look at some concerns that came up. This really put us at ease and we purchased our first home with confidence.

My agent was fantastic. She went over the top in expediting things. There was quite a bit of drama due to water problems in the basement and other things that fell apart just a few days before settlement. She held my hand and took the lead in resolving the issues. My career was in Facilities and Construction Management. Problem solving was my expertise. But at 71 yrs., I could easily see that I was no longer at the top of my game. Thank God for Marguerite. She handled everything with professionalism, empathy and confidence. I can’t say enough good things about her.
