When selling restate pricing is of paramount importance for both seller and buyer. Let's face it; what we as sellers wanted versus what is realisticly obtainable is sometimes very different. I considered his advise invaluable. We agreed on a listing price. Once listed multiple offers came within days. Nick coached us through the negotiation process effortlessly. A process in our case lasting to the last final days. In the end Nick went well above and beyond helping us vacate the property and even assisted in settlement as we were not present.
