Steve carefully guided us through the entire process of selling a historic property owned by a nonprofit foundation. Because there were multiple voting trustees involved and I was coordinating the sale from out of state, the transaction required considerable communication and coordination. Although I only met Steve once in person at the property in Pennsylvania, he made the process feel seamless through consistent communication by phone and email.
