I cannot say enough about how amazing Wendy Schaller is as a real estate agent. She stops at nothing - and I mean NOTHING - to represent her buyers/sellers with the highest standards, deepest empathy and superior professionalism. I recently had Wendy represent me as both a seller of 3 properties (2 of them investment properties) and a buyer of a new investment property. She was the one who told me about a unique way to save tens of thousands of dollars in taxes legally using an IRS program. The timing and amounts of sales vs purchase had to be done with pinpoint accuracy in order to qualify, and Wendy was expert at getting it done. Simply AMAZING! When a rental I was selling was left in a shambles, leaving me in a panic, Wendy literally put her gloves on and dug right in with me cleaning the place and coordinating a landscaper, a painter and door repairs for me when I couldn't think to step 2. THAT'S the superb agent Wendy is! She got me list price on that rental using her amazing market knowledge and negotiating skills right as the market was in a slump. I was absolutely blown away! I honestly cannot use enough positive adjectives to describe Wendy except to say, If you are not using Wendy to buy and sell your real estate, you are honestly missing out on the best agent the real estate industry offers. She cares as much about you and your situation as she does in getting it right. Absolutely 100% hire Wendy! You will not regret that decision.

Wendy has helped me find 2 properties. She showed me exactly the types of properties I was looking for, found issues and suspected issues that I never would have seen, was always accessible for questions and concerns (HUGE PLUS), knowa the laws concerning real estate, got issues with my purchased properties handled quickly, and is absolutely the nicest person to deal with. When I was stressed, she talked me down with calm and reason helping me to getting to my goal of buying rental properties and leaving me feeling happy and satisfied with the transactions. If you want the best agent hands down to help you with your real estate purchase, Wendy Schaller is the superstar you're looking for. Buying and selling can be stressful, but if you have Wendy, she will always get it right for you. She did for me and so many of my friends and coworkers.
