I cannot say enough about how amazing Wendy Schaller is as a real estate agent. She stops at nothing - and I mean NOTHING - to represent her buyers/sellers with the highest standards, deepest empathy and superior professionalism. I recently had Wendy represent me as both a seller of 3 properties (2 of them investment properties) and a buyer of a new investment property. She was the one who told me about a unique way to save tens of thousands of dollars in taxes legally using an IRS program. The timing and amounts of sales vs purchase had to be done with pinpoint accuracy in order to qualify, and Wendy was expert at getting it done. Simply AMAZING! When a rental I was selling was left in a shambles, leaving me in a panic, Wendy literally put her gloves on and dug right in with me cleaning the place and coordinating a landscaper, a painter and door repairs for me when I couldn't think to step 2. THAT'S the superb agent Wendy is! She got me list price on that rental using her amazing market knowledge and negotiating skills right as the market was in a slump. I was absolutely blown away! I honestly cannot use enough positive adjectives to describe Wendy except to say, If you are not using Wendy to buy and sell your real estate, you are honestly missing out on the best agent the real estate industry offers. My experience with Wendy was awesome. She is easy to talk to and explained everything about selling my home. She marketed my house to sell. The pictures that where taking by her photographer where amazing and she had flyers made for people that drove by to look at my house and she was never to busy to answer a question .
