I was referred to Nicole Davis to help me find a house to purchase in Nevada, mainly Laughlin. I had never given thought to such a huge purchase. Overwelmed, anxiety overload! I thought, she's awesome! I did not know anything about real estate, and all the forms associated with. I felt scared and alone But Nicole helped me with everything! All the paperwork and forms and everything in between. I got copies of everything i signed and everything i needed to know. Phone calls to Nicole saying "OMG what is this and what does that mean?" were answered and explained in detail. She really knows her stuff and i can truly say, that this was the best experience ever! I have now been in my home for almost 3 months. Love my house, and i love Nicole for finding me a home which i never thought could ever happen, and, understand the process! ! We Hired Cindy McCall to sell our house and we’re so extremely pleased with her professionalism, her courteousness and that she always got back to us with any questions. She went beyond any real estate agent we have ever worked with and we have bought and sold numerous homes. Cindy advertised beyond our expectations and was ontop of any concern or issues we encountered! Our only regret was that she wasn’t just the selling agent, but we wished she would’ve also been the buyers agent as she was worth every penny. She was courteous, understanding and professional thru the entire process which I could not say the same for the buyer's agent (which is why we never listed our property with him due to his rude arrogance).
