From the moment we started looking for a house, we had problems with realtors not being prepared or even not showing up. Nicole was early, enthusiastic, understanding, and put her all into helping us. The initial house we wanted, wasn’t meant for us. She explained why, and went above and beyond providing several alternate properties. She got us into any house we wanted to see, the day off. She also gave us great recommendations throughout the process (loan agencies, home insurance, literally everything). We were very eager first time home buyers, and had no idea what we were doing.
